Pete Ross tutors students on the Verbal sections of the ACT and SAT. Pete has over 30 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, drafting and editing contracts and public filings, as well as overseeing corporate communications for a Fortune 500© company. Pete has some very “real world” experiences in properly placed punctuation! He also has experience helping students improve their executive function skills.

The father of three adult children, Pete remembers what it was like for his children to go through the college preparation process. Today, Pete works as a substitute teacher in high school and elementary school districts in the northwest Chicago suburbs. In his free time, Pete loves to read, follows the exploits of his fantasy baseball and football teams during their respective seasons, and dotes on his two grandchildren.
