Mark Osowski is a Math tutor in our Lincolnshire office. He has experience tutoring students from grade school to high school in both general and honors-level course work. He enjoys working with students in a one-on-one setting and the challenge of adapting his teaching style to each student’s individual needs. He believes in the importance of setting mutually agreed upon goals with the student and developing a plan to help them achieve their potential.

Mark was born and raised in Mt. Prospect, IL. After graduating from Prospect High School, he attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics and Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering. Mark has held numerous roles ranging from research and development to executive management in both small, startup companies as well as large corporations. His area of expertise is the design and manufacturing of compound semiconductor devices such as lasers and solar cells for the telecommunications, medical and defense industries.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys bike rides, running, workouts at the gym, and watching sports. He also enjoys working around his house, traveling and spending time with his family.
