Jessi Aguilar grew up in Waukegan so he is very familiar with the northern suburbs of Chicago. He graduated from Waukegan High School in 2013 and Bucknell University in 2017. At Bucknell, he obtained a B.S. in Mathematics and Psychology.

Jessi currently works at Univision as an Ad Sales Coordinator. Prior to his time at Univision Jessi worked for the Schuler Scholar, which is a college access program for highly motivated and high achieving students. His role in the program was at Waukegan High School where he was a STEM coach for their students. He supported students in math ranging from Algebra 1 to Calculus B/C along with science classes.

Jessi is a native Spanish speaker and learned to speak Italian during his time in college. Other interests include keeping up/watching Premier League soccer and exercising. He ran the Des Plaines River trail Marathon in October 2017. Jessi recently finished his own test prep as well. He took the GMAT where he scored a 50 out of 51 in the quantitative portion.
